Az\u0131nl\u0131k\n\u0130lk\u00f6\u011fretim Okulu&#8217;nun i\u015fleyi\u015fine y\u00f6nelik t\u00fcm \u00f6zel d\u00fczenlemeler, az\u0131nl\u0131k\n\u00f6\u011frencilerinin e\u011fitim ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamal\u0131 ve \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma haklar\u0131n\u0131\nihlal etmemelidir.<\/li><li>Her iki dildeki m\u00fcfredatlar\naras\u0131ndaki i\u015fbirli\u011fini \u00f6ng\u00f6ren ve (bili\u015fim teknolojileri gibi) \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f&nbsp; \u00f6\u011fretim konular\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7eren yeni m\u00fcfredat\nprogram\u0131n\u0131n haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131. \u00d6zellikle, Cuma g\u00fcn\u00fc ders saatleri \u00e7izelgesi i\u00e7in\nivedilikle \u0130slam dinine mensup \u00f6\u011frenciler ve \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin dini inan\u00e7lar\u0131na\nsayg\u0131l\u0131, mevcut team\u00fcl hukuku temelinde ve gerek \u00f6\u011frencilerin g\u00fcvenli\u011fini,\ngerekse sabah ve tam g\u00fcn program\u0131ndaki t\u00fcm e\u011fitimcilerin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma haklar\u0131n\u0131\nteminat alt\u0131na alan yeni hukuki d\u00fczenleme yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. <\/li><li>Her iki dildeki m\u00fcfredat\ni\u00e7in,&nbsp; t\u00fcm ilgili taraflar\u0131n\ni\u015fbirli\u011fiyle,&nbsp; s\u00f6z\u00fc edilen i\u015fbirli\u011fi\nruhuna hizmet eden yeni kitaplar\u0131n&nbsp; haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131.<\/li><li>Her iki programda g\u00f6revli&nbsp; t\u00fcm\n\u00f6\u011fretmenlere \u00fcniversite d\u00fczeyinde seminerlerin d\u00fczenlenmesi.<\/li><li>T\u00fcm s\u0131n\u0131flara her iki dilde\n(T\u00fcrk\u00e7e ve Yunanca m\u00fcfredat\u0131 i\u00e7in) haftada en az iki saate denk gelen kal\u0131c\u0131\nders destek program\u0131n\u0131n uygulanmas\u0131.<\/li><li>\u00c7ok s\u0131n\u0131fl\u0131 az\u0131nl\u0131k\nokulllar\u0131n\u0131n hepsinde kayna\u015ft\u0131rma s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131n\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131 ve her iki program i\u00e7in\nde \u00d6zel E\u011fitim kadrolar\u0131n\u0131n olu\u015fturulmas\u0131. Ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde paralel destek (\u00f6zel)\ne\u011fitimi i\u00e7in her iki programa gerekli atamalar\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131 \u015fartt\u0131r.E\u011fitim ve\nDan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k Destek Merkezleri (KE\u03a3\u03a5) ve \u00d6zel E\u011fitim okullar\u0131,\naz\u0131nl\u0131k okullar\u0131ndaki&nbsp; \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 da\nkucaklayan ve&nbsp; destekleyen kurumlar\nhaline getirilip, gerekli elemanlarla donat\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. <\/li><li>Az\u0131nl\u0131k okullar\u0131nda her iki\nm\u00fcfredat i\u00e7in k\u00fct\u00fcphanelerin olu\u015fturulmas\u0131.<\/li><li>Okul m\u00fcd\u00fcrlerinin T\u00fcrk\u00e7e\nm\u00fcfredat\u0131&nbsp; \u00f6\u011fretmenlerinden, m\u00fcd\u00fcr\nyard\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n Yunanca m\u00fcfredat\u0131 \u00f6\u011fretmenlerinden olmalar\u0131 ilkesi korunarak;\naz\u0131nl\u0131k okullar\u0131ndaki m\u00fcd\u00fcr ve m\u00fcd\u00fcr yard\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n se\u00e7ilmeleri devlet\nokullar\u0131ndaki m\u00fcd\u00fcrlerin se\u00e7imleriyle ayn\u0131 ilkeler temelinde ayn\u0131 organlar\ntaraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.M\u00fcd\u00fcr\/m\u00fcd\u00fcr yard\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131 ders saatleri devlet okulu\nm\u00fcd\u00fcrleri d\u00fczeyine \u00e7ekilmesi temin edilmelidir.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>B) \u0130ki dernek ayr\u0131ca \u015funlar\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131na hemfikirdir:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u00c7ift s\u0131n\u0131fl\u0131 okullarda\n\u00f6\u011fretmen\/\u00f6\u011frenci oran\u0131 2\/22 olarak ayarlanmal\u0131, s\u0131n\u0131f art\u0131\u015flar\u0131nda da ayn\u0131\norana sad\u0131k kal\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r.Ayr\u0131ca mevcut okullar\u0131n fiziki altyap\u0131 ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131n\niyile\u015ftirilerek yeni s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131n ilave edilmesinden sonra s\u0131n\u0131flardaki \u00f6\u011frenci\nsay\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n on be\u015f (15) rakam\u0131n\u0131 ge\u00e7memesi sa\u011flanmal\u0131d\u0131r.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/li><li>Az\u0131nl\u0131k okullar\u0131n\u0131n\nfaaliyetlerinin ge\u00e7ici olarak durdurulmas\u0131 hususunda, az\u0131nl\u0131k okulunun\nfaaliyeti (a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131) hakk\u0131ndaki mevcut yasalar \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde, \u00f6zel ve yerel\nko\u015fullar hassasiyetle dikkate al\u0131narak,&nbsp;\nenc\u00fcmen heyetleri, veliler ve e\u011fitimcilerin de g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fleri al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r.\nKanun h\u00fck\u00fcmlerine dayanmayan uygulamayla kapat\u0131lan sekiz (8) \u00f6\u011frenci s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131n\u0131n\nalt\u0131na d\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015f baz\u0131 okullar\u0131n&nbsp; \u00f6zel\nko\u015fullardan dolay\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilece\u011fine inan\u0131yoruz. Ayn\u0131s\u0131 tam g\u00fcn b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerinin\n\u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 imkan\u0131 noktas\u0131nda da ge\u00e7erli olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca ihtiya\u00e7 olan\nyerlere yeni az\u0131nl\u0131k okullar\u0131n\u0131n kurulmas\u0131na engelsiz izin verilmelidir. <\/li><li>Tam g\u00fcn \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan Az\u0131nl\u0131k\nokullar\u0131nda beslenme saatleri, her yerde devlet okullar\u0131nda oldu\u011fu gibi ders\nsaati olarak say\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li><li>Az\u0131nl\u0131k mensubu yunanca\n\u00f6\u011fretmenlerinin (m\u00fcsl\u00fcman olduklar\u0131 gerek\u00e7esiyle) az\u0131nl\u0131k okullar\u0131nda\n\u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 yasaklayan 4310\/2014 say\u0131l\u0131 Kanun h\u00fck\u00fcmleri derhal y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fckten\nkald\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle PE70 (Yunanca \u00f6\u011fretmenleri) ve PE71 (\u00d6zel E\u011fitim ve\n\u00d6\u011fretim \u00f6\u011fretmenleri) bran\u015flar\u0131na dahil Az\u0131nl\u0131k mensuplar\u0131n\u0131n Az\u0131nl\u0131k okullar\u0131\nyunanca program\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 yasaklayan 4310\/2014 yasas\u0131n\u0131n 64. Maddesinin\nbirinci paragraf\u0131 kald\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Bu f\u0131kran\u0131n h\u00fckm\u00fc anayasaya ayk\u0131r\u0131d\u0131r; \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc\nAz\u0131nl\u0131\u011fa kar\u015f\u0131 dine dayal\u0131 negatif ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131k uygulayarak,&nbsp; idari ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n uyguland\u0131\u011f\u0131 ge\u00e7mi\u015f\nd\u00f6nemleri an\u0131msatmaktad\u0131r. Hat\u0131rlatmak gerekir ki PE70 ve PE71 bran\u015flar\u0131na\nsahip bu \u00f6\u011fretmenler 2001-2014 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda az\u0131nl\u0131k okullar\u0131nda yunanca \u00f6\u011fretmeni\nolarak g\u00f6rev yapm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.<\/li><li>Haks\u0131z yere kald\u0131r\u0131lan kadro\nyerleri [G\u00fcm\u00fclcine (Komotini) 2. Az\u0131nl\u0131k Okulu ve G\u00fcm\u00fclcine (Komotini) 4.\nAz\u0131nl\u0131k Okulu] ivedilikle yeniden olu\u015fturulmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li><li>\u0130ki dernek bu metinde,\nbirlikte ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdikleri g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerin neticesinde uzla\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 noktalar\u0131\nsaptam\u0131\u015flar ve kaleme alm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.
